Control system This well type spheroidizing annealing furnace uses temperature control thermocouples and Shanghai Guolong intelligent digital display temperature control instrument for temperature control. The temperature controller can control according to the set temperature, and display the theoretical value and measured value. The temperature control system also has the function of overtemperature audible and visual alarm. Shanghai Dahua Changtu temperature recorder is used to record the furnace temperature. The thermocouple is K-type. The compensation wire for furnace temperature measurement is connected to the thermocouple of furnace body from the instrument cabinet and provided by the Supplier. The control execution system adopts a high-power thyristor zero crossing trigger system, equipped with a radiator and a full set of air cooling system.
